It Takes A Village...
2026 Fall Funding Campaign is here!
Some might say that generosity is St. Brigit’s super-power. We are big givers – of time, skills, commitment, kindness, produce, and resources. Thank you to all who have already offered your Estimates of Giving.
As of December 3rd, we have received 32 Estimates of Giving with our total for 2026 currently at $135,000. Our 2025 budget was based on 45 Estimates of Giving for a total of $187,000.
Thank you to all who have already submitted your estimate, as well as those still considering what they are able to offer in support of the mission of the church. Our Bishop’s Committee Community (BCC) will meet on Thursday, December 11th, so please turn them in so they can get a more accurate look at the estimated resources we are blessed to receive in preparation of our budget for 2026.
Thank you for your financial partnership as we continue offering our witness to Christ’s love in Frederick and beyond. We are incredibly grateful for your financial partnership as we continue being the witness to Christ’s love in Frederick and beyond.

St. Brigit - Blue Christmas Services
A Blue Christmas service offers people a sacred space to not only remember their loved ones who have passed, but also to name their losses and griefs from any year, or maybe to recognize their disappointments or loneliness or fears.
It is a way to acknowledge that they are not alone in the midst of their hurt. That others are hurting, too. It’s about making space for the sadness that is already there. Naming it. Honoring it, even. Taking it to Christ. And yes, remembering the hope we have in Him.
Our first Blue Christmas services will be offered on Thursday, December 18th at noon and at 7:00 pm in the sanctuary. All are welcome, regardless of the reason for your sadness during this season. So much has been lost; I look forward to honoring those losses together. Deacon Bookie

Brigit's Village Is Still Accepting Applications!
The Brigit’s Village project spent over $20M locally for labor and materials. We have been blessed to provide work and income to local people and look forward to serving our residents. The project is done! It is very exciting to see the dream of Brigit’s Village become a reality.
